Since I-90 was built, Highway 16 has seen significant changes in population, travel-related businesses – accommodations, fuel, and eateries – and regional development. All of this has impacted communities such as La Crescent. This presentation will illustrate the changes with aerial imagery, data graphs, comparative photography, maps, historical details, and geographical facts.
